Rated 1 out of 5 by Rhomccain from I would love to review my range if it worked! I’ve had my range installed for over a month and the oven has not worked from day one. My installer was on the phone with KitchenAid for over an hour to try and figure out the problem. KitchenAid sent a technician to my home to try and figure out the problem. Two trips later and parts replaced it’s still not working. KitchenAid will not replace my range because they want to try one more part, the part is on back order with no date determined. So I’m waiting ……. Customer Service is not empathetic to my problem what so ever. Sadly, I would proceed with caution before buying this range simply because of the way I’ve been treated after the sale.

I didn’t think I needed 6 burners, but one is small I’ve already used for simmering and melting butter, and 2 have high intensity heat suited for a wok, but I’ve used it to boil water extra fast:) I love having the smaller oven for warming up leftovers since we don’t use a microwave and our kids also use it for quick meals (nuggets, fries etc...) The pans I have were an inch too long to fit but I needed new pans anyway and found several that were 15 inches. It’s the doors that are bulky and stick out on the inside so they wouldn’t close with the pans I have. I wish the handles were more sleek and didn’t stick out a lot, but otherwise I’m very pleased so far....

This is one expensive piece of JUNK, After 2 years the small sides heating element started making noise and it took a good bit of time to warm up. 6 months later it went completely out. The service person now tells us the they no longer manufacture this heating element and it cant be found anywhere. Customer service has been rude and not helpful. How are they still selling a product that doesn't have replacement parts available?? How are you selling a product you don't have replacement parts for after only 2 years????

Rated 1 out of 5 by ElaineDap from Awful stove Bought this stove for my brand new build. Since day one the front right burner would not ignite. Tech out 5 times. Ordered several parts( all on backorder) and now two burners do not work and the tech broke one of the knobs! Had no front burners to cook on for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Tech came out again this week, said it worked. nope just pours out gas! now the large oven is leaking water out the top of the door! no wonder they sell an extended warranty, been almost a year and stove still not fixed!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Designers from Terrible Quality If you try to replicate the top appliance manufacturers w/o understanding what quality means; this is what you get; An expensive Whirlpool. Since day 1, 2 burners don’t ignite, small over burns sides, front metal part which gets most usage is the cheapest metal they can find (i guess), it scratches the moment you touch. so cheap. The cast iron holders, look like 10yrs old after 1 week. The FAN noise is very loud. overall, very expensive whirlpool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by nana Coull from Big decision to make, happy outcome! Having my Jenn Air die on Thanksgiving Day, I had to decide fix it or buy another. Made the mistake of them fixing it. Turns out, it couldn't be done as the part needed was welded on the stove. As this was a big ticket item just before Christmas, was happy to find out KitchenAid made one similar at less cost...so happy I did, I love this stove! I love the features and how it looks, there is nothing about it I don't like. As for cooking on the stove or in the oven, well I think it made my cooking better!!! Thank you KitchenAid for saving my sanity!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lonbecky from Beautiful range I have had this range for a few weeks and have been ecstatic about it. The griddle is amazing. It's keeps temperature and is so easy to clean. You just wipe it with a damp cloth and it's a clean as the day it was installed. The six burners is a must. My food cooks perfectly.

I love the soft close doors, the easy to clean griddle, and the adjustability of the burners. It’s an absolute pleasure to cook on this thing… with a few bonus points for looking so good in my kitchen!

Rated 3 out of 5 by barthb from It's fine I've had this range in light blue for two years and use it daily. The color is my favorite part. Overall it works very well, but the rubber "feet" on the burners started coming off soon after we got it. The stainless steel on the front scratches very easily, just clean it carefully. We have a few burners that take a while to start, sometimes we use a lighter to get them going. There are some cracks and crevices that are a bit difficult to clean. It looks beautiful and is overall a great range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Quality …Not from Quality Issues We moved into our home with this new range in November. The surface quality is horrible. Must clean with a soft cloth…must be careful sliding pans from one burner to another, don’t touch the surface with a utensil…it will scratch…
