Rated 5 out of 5 by NCMama from Beautiful Oven with Great Features We love our KitchenAid 48" dual fuel range. It's absolutely gorgeous. The griddle and multi-use burners are incredible. In our last home we had Sub-Zero Wolf Range and an Electric Oven. The features on the Sub-Zero Wolf oven are pretty swanky, but this range has so many more features than the Sub-Zero range. We are very happy and love that we were able to get a 48" range in this kitchen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Joan31 from Would not recommend The burners and the black ceramic areas will not come clean. Once they are spotted you cannot get the spots off! We have tried everything but it looks dirty and it is 6 mos old. The residue will come off ie., the food or splatters, but they leave a permanent stain that cannot be removed. PERIOD! If we use the broiler on high for more than a minute or two, it “overheat” orange glow begins on the dial and we have to stop. So disappointed in this very expensive range!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hickory from The look is beautiful, quality not so much...... The top of the line KitchenAid range worked wonderful for all of 2 yrs (THE WARRANTY PERIOD). I DO NOT recommend purchasing. The control panel went out on ours in August and to this day we have not been able to get it fixed correctly, making both ovens unable to be used for the past 7 months. Part of this is from the S and S Appliance Repair (who is KitchenAid's only authorized repair company in this area). For the top of the line appliance it should last longer than 2 yrs and repairs should happen on a more timely matter. KitchenAid DOES NOT CARE THAT THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE CAN NOTGET IN RIGHT FOR SEVEN MONTHS! In fact, there is a repairman closer and able to do the work but KitchenAid will not authorize his service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Quality …Not from Poor quality and poor supplier responses The porcelain top and the stainless area on the top is of very poor quality. This is not my first range of this type, so I do have a comparison. This unit is less than a year old and looks 10 years old. Making the issue worse is the supplier I purchased through nor KitchenAid respond to emails or phone calls for help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Annette2021 from TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE Ordered this range with a full suite of appliances for a remodel at the end of July 2020. Neither door sits correctly, the refrigerator is not in yet and the microwave is damaged. Retailer cashed check and indicated I have to work directly with Kitchenaid. What a joke. can get no one to answer the 800 number - currently on hold as I type this for 51 minutes. I am sure you are thinking who has 50 minutes to sit on hold - NO ONE! That is why I am rating this to warn others. I also have tried their email and their chat line, on chat I was hung up on by Tabitha. Got a fake ticket number from Lakeshia and just told by Anthony he couldn't help call the 800 number. Stay away folks.
