Three-Level Convertible Grates

with removable inserts match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

5,000 BTU Simmer & Melt Burner

KitchenAid® Handle Medallion Kit (sold separately)

lets you change the color of your commercial-style range handle medallions to add a custom accent. Available in Silver, Dark Blue, Bronze, Black, Copper, Red, New Gold, and Mascarpone. Each kit includes two medallions and a 1/8" hex allen wrench for easy replacement (sold separately)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mrs.L from Awesome range. The app, not so much. I love the range, and enjoy using it every day. My only difficulty has been with the app. It connected fine, but my husband cooks too, and the app only allows one user. Other that that, I noticed the app timer had no sound, and turned the oven off once it timed-out, not allowing me to see if roasting was done. I deleted the app, bought an old school timer, and am happy working this way. Very glad we bought this range; I would buy it again.

One con is there is only one small burner. Of course I did buy a commercial range so that’s expected. I love cooking in my new Kitchenaid range. We looked at so many brands and this is the one I chose and am very pleased.
