Cooktop works wonderfully, joke WiFi ruins ovenHave had it three months. Love cooking on the stove. The oven requires WiFi for checking temperature or using a time. WiFi has been a disaster. Every call to help line requires about an hour on hold, then transfer to the computer help for another half hour plus on hold. Then they don't fix it. Adding a WiFi repeater close to the stove made it somewhat functional. However the oven beeps randomly at all hours of the day and night. Now it is offline and we can't get it to connect again. I would not buy this range again. I am sure someone makes a high quality range that either doesn't require WiFi to function properly or whose WiFi works reliably.

All of the burners are my favoriteIn all my other gas cooktops, one of them a company beginning with a W, I had one, maybe two favorite burners. These were the ones that had enough power to heat water up fast, and enough finesse to be able to say, melt chocolate without burning. All six of these burners are amazing! I really don’t have a favorite. I’m using my six burners to capacity and I do appreciate the engineering that got me here! The only one slight complaint I have is that some food (?) is trapped between the glass panes in the oven door. When this pandemic is over, I will have someone help me to remove the door and clean the inside of the glass. In the meantime it doesn’t look great.

Kitchen Aid slogan: Tailored for risk takers!The range was delivered on 9/29 and installed on 10/12 after my kitchen remodel.
The first time I tried to use it, it didnt work.
I spent HOURS trying to get KA support. 2 weeks later a technician arrives, and he can’t fix it. He needs to order a control board. Next appointment scheduled for 11/19. We’ll see what happens when the tech returns.
I don’t want the oven anymore and of course KA won’t take their crap back!
I took a risk alright - I paid $5000 for an oven that doesn’t work. KA got their money, but I’ve had a broken bohemith in my kitchen for 6 weeks.
KA did extend my warranty to 2years - but the rep admitted the extension info is in the case notes and they may “disappear.”

Love, love, love! Beautiful range!After the long wait I was starting to get cold feet over this range as we could not find a floor model to look at before ordering. We are in love! The ink blue is a beautiful color, not too bright. It is a beautiful statement piece to our remodeled kitchen. The wifi was not difficult for us to set up as we read in other reviews. It’s a fun feature to preheat away from home. All of the burners adjust wonderful. And it is a dream! Lots of little features that add up to a great high end range. love the rolling shelf, the way the light dims off and on, and the list goes on. If you are looking for a high end statement range look no further!

One of the biggest disappointments everWe bought this in August 2009 to replace an old 1940s chambers stove. An avid baker, I was excited to trade in the tiny oven I had been used to and looked forward to using the new oven. Well I’m still waiting. We’ve had endless tech visits, and still have an unusable oven. It doesn’t hold temperature. The cooktop is great, but if you are after a usable oven, look elsewhere. I’m ready to throw this thing off the roof. I despise it. I told the last tech (we were sent a”master” tech this time…who was very nice…) that maybe Kitchen Aid needed to concede this oven was a dud and replace it or refund pure money. He said he had to order more parts and try those. And that was weeks ago. Really I cry when I look at this thing.

What a shamBought $11,000 dollars of appliances from KitchenAid with the understanding there was a rebate available. The dealer warned me they don't even promote rebates from KitchenAid because they everything they can to no pay. It turns out the dealer knew exactly what he was talking about and they have denied my rebate. Said I didn't file it timely. What a joke. I bought the appliances during the rebate period but they said I filed to late even though the same rebate is in effect through the end of the year. And to make matters worse the $5K range I bought one of the burner wont light and it's been 40 days now and it's still not working. The service tech said he's still waiting on parts which are very slow from the supplier.
Buyers be warned if you think paying a premium for KitchenAid gets you something don't believe it.

Defective right out of the box.This review is for the kitchen aid 36 inch 6 burner commercial style range. I will say it is a beautiful product. It looks great in in our new kitchen. Unfortunately we can not use it. Immediately after install the first time I turned the burners on we noticed that the igniters on all 6 burners stay on continuously. After waiting a week for a repair tech to come out,, once he was at the house first thing he said was “ I’m not going to have any parts for that thing” Looked at it for 5 min and said the flame detector was faulty. I was then told basically he had no idea when he would be able to get replacement parts. So like I said before. Looks nice. Other than that we are very disappointed after spending the amount of money we spent on this product.

Never not own a KitchenAid range again.In the middle of the pandemic our KitchenAid dual range died after 23 years of service to our family. The only range that would fit in our built in space was a 36" all gas Decor range so we purchased it after the salesperson said it would our live us. After only 3 years the oven knob broke off in my hand and the part we needed, the thermostat, was no longer manufactured. After several weeks and phone calls and emails Decor did refund most of our money. Fortunately the KitchenAid 36" all Gas Range was available and I must say it is so far superior to the Decor for about the same money we are so happy with all the features and the ease of use. Thank You

Buyer Beware, Dent in Brand New Expensive RangeDue to the lack of supply of Kitchenaide products, I purchased this range in for a kitchen remodel that just finished 12/23/21. Upon opening the box, and unwrapping all of the packaging, there was a dent on the bottom of the range front door. I just got off the phone with customer service and they said there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! It's just cosmetic. Pretty sad for just paying almost 6K for a range. I was a lifelong Kitchenaide customer, but now I am extremely disappointed. I will have to look at other manufactures in the future.

Not worth it / Still doesn't workMy third entry. Bought it in September; it's now December and the range still doesn't work.
I've spent hours on hold with KA, and had 2 repairs.
Despite the cute little customer service message about how I should contact KA to talk about my problem - they NEVER respond.
BUYER BEWARE!
I did speak to someone from the corporate "Executive Office" and that person has no clue either.
JUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!
