I love the range but ....the computer boards were a problem from the date of installation last year and the range stopped working 100% quite a few months ago. The gas burners still work but the oven clatters and turns itself on by itself, etc. The company who installed the range are fantastic and they told me the computer boards are backordered. So, Kitchenaid, when will this backorder issue stop? It has been months and months now and the computer boards remain on back order. Again, I LOVE THIS RANGE BUT I DO NOT LOVE THE FACT IT BROKE AND I CANNOT GET IT FIXED. I checked "POOR" for performance ONLY because we cannot get parts to fix the range from Kitchenaid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Crumb from Uneven oven racks Have had range over a year. First cake I cooked was uneven. Checked racks with a level. Front was level, back was level but when level was placed diagonally the back was 1/4 of an inch lower than front. Checked top of range, level in all directions. Repair folks replaced one of the racks (which was warped). It is hard to pull the new rack out and push it back in. The roll-out rack is still off by 1/4 inch. They said the weight of the food would level the rack. IT DOES NOT, IF USING ROLL-OUT RACK, FOOD IS UNEVEN!!! Like range except for uneven rack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JustSayNo from Hard Pass We regret purchasing this KitchenAid dual fuel “commercial” range. It was installed in 2023 and has never worked properly. The turbo burners can not boil 2.5” of room temperature tap water in 10” pot in less than half hour and they flame up uncontrollably when they have been on for awhile, like when simmering soups and stews. The burner grates scratched to bare metal almost immediately upon using the appliance. The electric oven is LOUD, can not be calibrated and can’t maintain the set temperature, especially at higher temps. We are no longer a KitchenAid family. Pass on this! Soooo disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jason F from 5 months old and stopped working We put this stove in our house in December. The oven door has locked shut and will not open. Had service call and service agent was able to get it open with coat hanger. Next day or locked up again, light now turns on and will not turn off. Kitchen Aid says they are having issues with mother boards and it needs to be replaced. Problem is part is out of stock and have been unable to use $7000 stove for 3 weeks and counting. Not what we expected from Kitchen Aid. Stay away and buy another brand
