I had a tilt-head kitchenaid, but this one handles dough so much better. I bake yeast bread at least once a week. I wish I had purchased one of the professional HD lift stand mixer years ago.

You dont need a counter full of small appliances when one mixer and attachments will do the trick. Love it, love it, love it.
