Rated 2 out of 5 by Judinsd from Aqualift cleaning is horrible Replaced electic range unit that was in house when we purchased the home as I really missed gas cooktop cooking. Made the decision to go all gas instead of dual fuel, mainly because the sales person influenced me. No complaints on the cooktop, the oven doesn't seem to cook as fast as it should even with convection. The reason I decided to review this product is due to the horrible "Aqualift" clean feature. It's a joke, I had to run it three times today along with scraping, scrubbing to remove oil that happened yesterday. So it hadn't been baked on. This isn't a cheap unit and I'm very disappointed in the range mainly due to the oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kris52 from Very disappointed Oven re-lights every 2-4 minutes even after it has reached desired temperature. Have been told this is normal. It is not quiet and super annoying (think click/whoosh 15-20 times/hour). Cant imagine any reason it would need to do this so often to maintain temperature. (oven door not opened during this time). Was called by KitchenAid after my poor review and service was scheduled for last week. The service company never called or confirmed time on the scheduled day. They also did not return my phone call. I would certainly not recommend this product to anyone, but specifically not in an open concept home or you will be disappointed too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Shar109876 from Nothind but problems We purchased unit in 2016. Oven is typically used on average of 3 days a week. One year later, 2017, the fan failed and replaced through warranty. August 2018 a function on the electronic control board failed, disabling the oven. No longer under warranty, $500+ repair. Now the plastic heat barrier on the oven door is peeling, allowing heat to escape from the oven. Kitchenaid Customer Service would not address these last 2 issues and referred me back to stipulations of the 1-year warranty. We "upgraded" to Kitchenaid on the purchase of our new home and wasted our money. This product is a lemon. Very frustrated with product and company. Would NEVER recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by CBL from Defective materials ruined cooktop & warranty doesn't cover I purchased all Kitchenaid products for my kitchen remodel, due to beautiful design, warranty, and quality brand. However, my beautiful new cooktop bubbled around the burners in multiple places after only 1-2 months of light use. I was very disappointed that the one year warranty does not cover DEFECTIVE MATERIALS unless they are reported within 30 days of purchase. So, I have a beautiful new oven with a peeling cooktop that will most likely need to be replaced within a year. I will NEVER purchase a Kitchenaid product again--there are many other brand options that still use quality materials that will last much longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KrisU from Gas Leaking I'm extremely disappointed in this unit, and currently terrified to use it until a technician can get out here (unfortunately it's now a Saturday night and don't expect a call from Customer Service until Monday). There has to be a had leak somewhere in the oven because when I opened the oven door a strong smell of gas came pouring out. My husband confirmed that I'm not just going crazy. This has been in use for less than a year. So disappointed this unit is already having issues. --- I will come back here to update this review, or add a new review once this issue is resolved. But after reading some of the other reviews I may not be purchasing a KA product EVER again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barb stebbins from Love our new kitchen aide stoves I have waited 23 years to have new gas ovens. Our electric ovens finally gave out so we switched to gas. I loved the look of the kitchen aide stoves as soon as I saw them. We had bought a kitchen aide fridge 5 years ago and loved it so it was a no brained to buy kitchen aide stoves. We needed two stoves and had a budget. These fit in perfectly. I was so excited to bake all day long last week for my son and his roommates at college. Banana bread, pumpkin muffin and chocolate chip cookies. Everything came out perfect. Didn't have to worry about even heat or over baking them. I'm a happy cook again and my hubby is happy because he is being fed his favorite foods again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ms G from Great oven space! Love the design I had a maytag that never worked when I purchased it. So I swapped it out and got this kitchen aid range. I've never owned a major appliance of kitchen aid before. I do however own kitchen aid stand mixer and hand mixer. So I was curious to see if this range was as great and dependable as my small appliances. And it hasn't disappointed me!! I love this range and can't say enough about it!! I haven't experienced anything that I could say that I thought needed to be changed on it. It has plenty of room in the oven. I cooked my 24lb turkey,my dressing, and my sweet potato casserole all at the same time! Love this range! If you're on the fence about it don't be it's a great purchase

The stove is good but the knobs will turn on even if you pass by them from distance and releases gas. I contacted the Kitchen Aid; they are not concerned about it. My answer was that you need to be careful. I have documented all my correspondence with them. I can’t believe that a product as expensive as that to be so unsafe and hazardous. Fortunately, I don’t have kids and don’t cook a lot. But I have to check all the knobs at least 30 times a day which many times I found them they are slightly open. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ma’Margie from 30’ inch 5 burner gas stove I purchased this gas stove last year and has been the worst appliance I’ve bought the digital oven panel went out and had to have it replaced The gas knobs if you lean up against the stove because I have a stove top microwave sometimes with out hearing or feeling that you moved a bit the knobs it they turn on very easily you have to be aware of little children being around and moving them even though the fire doesn’t start because it clicks but the gas fumes will stay on I have had people come over and tell me what smells like gas when I’ve been another areas of my house and didn’t smell it it’s dangerous and would really not advise anyone to purchase this KitchenAid stove or any other appliances purchased a whole new set and have had problems with all appliances

Rated 1 out of 5 by jaxson from Terrible grate design- very unhappy customer I purchased $7,000 in KitchenAid appliances including this range. The small center burner does not have sufficient support for a small sauté pan making wiggle and not balanced. Even worse, when using the front burners, the heat reaches the microwave handle which makes it really hot to open. Need a hot pad holder just to open it. Microwave should have push button for this design. The bottom storage drawer seems to have low quality and not sturdy. Interlocking grates are also heavy and cumbersome. Perhaps should have 3 grates instead of 2.
