HORRIBLE RANGEI just sent in a review and not sure it went through. This range is the WORST stove top EVER! Problems from day 1. The inside was rusted screws and Appliance store Good Deals would not replace it. A few days later the light went out. When cooking the knobs don't lock in place and the burner will actually turn off when not locked in. Kitchenaid help desk said it was designed that way!!! The knobs are all so cheap and insides have stripped - 3 of them and they want $20 each for replacement. I can't even turn the burners off. i have supplied 4 kitchens with total Kitchenaid products - I am going to buy another stove - NOT KITCHENAID.

DEATH TRAPDo yourself a favor and do NOT buy this, or ANY KitchenAid oven with the blue ceramic coating. The coating chips off and KitchenAid DOES NOT STAND BEHIND IT. They claim it to be cosmetic and not a functional part of the oven. If one of these chards end up in your food, good luck! I wouldnt want it to be me! I found one in a batch of cookies that was made. Luckily it wasnt a caserole or something of that sort that it would have disappeared into. I am trying to get KitchenAid to do the right thing and replace this oven but have not had any luck yet. 1700.00 on a 7 month old oven and its JUNK! BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Top oven stopped working after the first weekWe purchased a new oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave from Kitchenaid. It has been a lifelong dream to have all new American made appliances. The top oven stopped working after the first week and we are on our second microwave and after multiple attempts to fix it, it is still not working. We specifically purchased your higher end appliances to support our country and to keep jobs in the US. The quality is extremely disappointing. Our fridge had a broken shelf, when the replacement arrived, the glass was not even glued to the frame. I am wishing I kept my 20 year old Amanna appliances. Our kitchen is the heart of our home which is now on life support.

Love top oven use it daily!Absolutely the best appliance i have ever owned! Love the double oven! We entertain frequently & I am looking forward to our next party & the pleasure of cooking everything at once regardless of the different food & required temperatures.
The exterior is beautiful, I like the brushed back splash & the ease of the controls safely situated in the back The interior is gorgeous, cleans up easily with self cleaning & the time options are so sensible. Unfortunately I have a galley kitchen & I cook everyday & the heat in the kitchen previously was terrible, but with my Kitchen Aid there is no excess heat & it's so quiet, just wonderful!

poorly constructed- received damaged TWICE!First range delivered with a big dent in the back- big enough that it bent the whole unit so much it wouldn’t fit squarely into space. Returned, only to have second range delivered damaged on opposite side. Husband was able to bend metal enough to repair visible damage, but when sliding into space, screwed in foot bent so badly, it broke off. Had to use a foot from our old range (much better quality) to be able to install the week of thanksgiving! Double ovens is nice, but the lower oven is very LOW- think door-on-the-floor when you open it! Scary with small children and pets around. Next time I will do more research and not get this one!

Great Products - Abysmal Customer ServiceOutstanding product that is beautiful and functional in my kitchen. The double oven is great. Cooktop heats quickly and evenly. I highly recommend this range. I also purchased a Convection, Air-fry, Microwave oven from Kitchenaid. This product is also outstanding. However, I did have a simple question about the microwave, so I used the Kitchenaid Messenger site to seek an answer. The site is slow; the response was to look at the manual (I already had - that was why I was asking a question). No answer when I asked for a simple Yes or No on a simple question. While I love all my Kitchenaid products, and I have many, customer service is abysmal.

DisappointedI purchased this oven on 11/23/22, the day before thanksgiving. The oven was exactly what I was looking for, I assumed it was a good quality based on it costing two times more than similar ovens. The oven does not heat consistently front to back in either oven. We have put probes in the oven, and it varies about 50 degrees front to back and is close to 100 degrees off when temperature is set to 450. Needless to say, my Thanksgiving was ruined because the turkey did not cook correctly due to the oven. Then to have someone come out to service it has been a nightmare. I will avoid the KitchenAid brand in the future.

Kitchenaid JUNK!I bought one from Lowe’s, waited six months for delivery and today 18 months after installation the control board is out of whack according to repair man. The Lowe’s delivery folks put a 4 foot scratch in my wood floors and it took four months to get reimbursed. Paid big bucks $2,200 + for junk. The last few months the lower oven temperature was consistently lower than the set temperature. One of the top burners had one coil that would barely heat up and the small upper oven over-heated for the first 10-15 minutes, just enough to overcook cookies. To top it off the repairman said a replacement control board is no longer available. DON’T BUY ONE!

Worked great for Thanksgiving.Was exactly what we wanted as an upgrade for our kitchen. Has taken some time to figure out how to utilize the various features and unique burner setup. Was disappointed the unit was delivered with a lot of excess sealant on the cooktop. The rim is held in by a gasket and during assembly way too much sealant must have been used as it squeezed out and was ugly and would have had debris/food stuck to it in no time. Spent a long time with solvent to clean it off. Wish the Hot Surface indicator light had a graphic to show which element was hot like our old oven did. Very helpful so as to know if you can touch or put something down in a specific location.

Porcelain Issue from
Repeat issueI bought my new range in November of 2019, one of the first times I used the upper oven the porcelain popped (broke) in multiple locations. It was replaced in January of 2020.
In November of 2020 the same thing happened again to the 2nd range, still waiting for the replacement.
A 2nd claim has been initiated and I'm told the claim is in process. Other than this I am happy with the unit. My Husband & I and our son are all employed at Clyde Division Whirlpool. so we understand the porcelain issue and also the struggle with parts and people to get caught up with production during Covid. But with the cost of this unit we fully expect this unit to be replaced.
