Rated 1 out of 5 by Regg from Disapointed in the value and performance! My Range was already having problems before the first year. The right front burner element had to be replaced. It takes too long to heat the food up, I have to turn the burners on high all the time. After a year the bottom oven light had already gone out in the oven. I had a range for 15 years and I don't think this one will last. It's over a year and I'm having more problems. I am a baker and have had to reduce the oven temperature to get good results. This range was recommended by the salesman, because I was looking for a double oven to replace my old range which needed repair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DrNET2 from Love this double oven and induction cooktop I sold my previous house with luxury kitchen of an induction cooktop and separate double wall ovens. We loved them. So when downsizing to our new home I was so concerned about the kitchen size. But I found this oven! It's wonderful. The controls work identical to our separate Kitchen Aid appliances. Extremely fast and accurate cooktop performance. So easy to keep clean unlike ceramic and no odor like gas. Induction boost is as fast as gas to boil water. I love the digital controls that are so much cleaner and will be reliable for the full life of this appliance. Mechanical switches and controls are always the items that fail on other appliances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thomas89 from Fantastic Range! I have been using this range for several months and have only grown to like it more every time I use it. It is well built and I have had zero issues with it. I really like having two ovens. Either baking multiple things at once or the choice of using convection or sticking to the smaller over for energy efficiency. The best part for me is the induction cooktop though. It is so responsive and offers incredible temperature control. I bought high quality demeyere pans which work great with this and it also is able to handle my 13 qt Staub dutch oven for big batches of stew. I can't express how nice it is to cook on this range, the design team did a fabulous job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Diane now Loves to cook! from Thanks to KitchenAid Double Oven Range I now love to cook! I love our new KitchenAid Double Oven Convection Range so much that I now LOVE to cook, & my husband is really happy about it! With a simple slide of your finger you can select just the right temperature for each element & the cooking pans heat up so fast it's almost unbelievable. Clean up is a snap b/c there are no knobs to have to clean around. The smaller oven is what we use most since it's just the 2 of us & the even & fast cooking make the best tasting cookies ever! I wish we had upgraded to this range years ago! Thank you KitchenAid for making this product! If you had a 10 Star Rating, you would definitely be a10 on all categories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gamrgrl89 from Love it. We got it from back order just in time for Thanksgiving. Almost all my All Clad pans work on it. Love the dual ovens. We bought it during the Labor Day sale and it arrived with a half dollar size dent on the side. It's completely hidden by the counter and doesn't affect any functionality. We got $200 back for it. So with the original sale price, it was a dream price. I really was missing my gas stove from the house we sold and there's no gas lines in the new house. This has filled in nicely for my old gas stove. It heats water to boiling so fast, I have to have everything out and ready before turning it on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jameela from GREAT PRODUCT I bought this a month ago and love all the benefits of using an induction range. The double oven has halved my baking time. I am happy with the look and performance of this range. My only complain is the position of the burner controls on the cooktop . They are very sensitive to the slightest touch , so anything accidentally falling on them will change the setting. This means a spoon, or part of a cookware placed on the control panel, or even a drop of water falling from my hands or washed produce may change the heat setting of the burners or even turn the cooktop off. I have to be vigilant about keeping the control panel clean as a layer of grease makes the panel unresponsive .

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Purchase Decision from Horrible Product Support Bought this range in March 2018 along with the extended 5 yr. warranty. February of this year we noticed that part of the enamel in the upper oven had broken away and was missing. Called the dealer we bought it from and they sent their service tech on March 4th. He took pictures of the defect and said he would submit them to Kitchenaid for review. On April 21st we received a voice mail from the dealer telling us that Kitchenaid denied our claim because in their opinion it is cosmetic and doesn't prevent use of the product. This is obviously a workmanship defect. The baked enamel finish inside the oven should not chip off and fall away unless it wasn't applied properly to start with. So now I have a very expensive induction range that will slowly rust to death from the inside out. Thanks Kitchenaid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ksyl from Really like it I’ve had the range about 3 weeks and so far really like it. i wish the promotional cookware would arrive sooner than the promised 4-6 weeks however. I read negative reviews that said there was a ‘buzz’ noise with the stovetop but haven’t experienced this; also Read that it took too long to preheat and the oven fan was noisy - neither have been problematic for me. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s not flush with the back wall - it sits forward 2 3/4 inches which means if something falls back there the range has to be moved forward a LOT to retrieve it. Dealer said it’s because of the size of the power cord (which is huge incidentally) If not for this, I would give it a five stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KitchenPlayed from Not what you expect! This model could be great, but has several features that make cooking difficult and downright annoying. The model constantly buzzes and clicks when cooking on the induction range top. It's unbearable to be in the same room. It gives us headaches! When we try to sit and have a nice quiet meal, anything that is left cooking on low heat will create a constant CLICK-BUZZZZZZZ; CLICK-BUZZZZZZZZ every 5 seconds or so. This is even when using Kitchenaid's "induction ready" pots and pans. If you move a pot/pan off the burner, say to plate up food, or to slow down the heat transfer, the unit beeps at you loudly! We just bought a full set of kitchen appliances from KA and if they offered us to change for one of their other conventional ranges, we'd do so in a heartbeat. We tried to go induction, but that was a mistake!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Montana4 from Enjoyed it for about 3 months We bought this range back in September and it was fabulous when it worked. One night, early January we were cooking and our house filled with a horrible electrical smell. This smell was noticeable in our home for over a week. We called the repairman and he checked it out and surely enough, one of the parts and surrounding wires had melted and burned up. Turns out the part was on back order. So now we sit with a beautiful range that isn’t functional. We understand things happen, but with it being this new, we would hope for quicker customer service and making this right. It’s tough to be without a range and oven.
