Best of EverythingOur new oven was installed two weeks ago. Easy to use controls. Convection conversion is simple to use. Love the middle, full extension rack in the top oven. Our son is looking forward to making a beef recipe, he has, using the temperature probe. The oven lights are bright making it so much easier to check on the food. On our old oven it was necessary to open the door to see the food. Our old oven was a KitchenAid and it was still going strong after 20 years. We were updating our kitchen and it was the only appliance that wasn't stainless steel. It coordinates with our new cooktop and existing KitchenAid dishwasher.
We couldn't be happier!

be carefulWhile I really like the oven, I immediately encountered a problem after cooking for Thanksgiving.
Prior to this purchase of a kitchen aide oven, I owned a similar kitchen aid product for over 17 yrs & used oven liners to keep the bottom clean. I did the same thing & the oven liner stuck to the bottom immediately. Afterwards, I did see the warning in the manual however, clearly I am not the only person who overlooked this advise (google generated lots of customers with the same problem). I would suggest that the warning not to use oven liners be PROMINENTLY listed on the unit and the manual. Unfortunately, customer service was basically no help - except to chastise me for the mistake....not what I needed.

Terrible Useless OvensI have had two of this model oven replaced and still can not get them to hold a temperature any closer than 30+ degrees colder than the reading. We calibrated the ovens, no use. The Convection NEVER turns off in the top oven, even when picking Baking not convection baking. how can the ovens not hold the selected temperature EVER? Second set of ovens in 3 months, now I have to do it again, as Kitchen Aid has no idea how to repair the ovens.

Love It!As a stay at home wife and Mom, I use my oven sometimes 3-5 times a day. This oven allows me to do all my baking with no worries. A lot of the time, I have both ovens going at the same time...cooking supper and baking a dessert. I love the clear front and inside lighti so I can see what I am cooking at all times. I love that I have a convection option and temperature probe that allows me to cook steaks to perfection. I also have a kitchenaid coffee pot that I use 2-3 times a day that holds up to my high standards. The quality in their products are excellent. I am hoping to get a new KitchenAid stove top soon.

Did I get a lemon?I had this same dishwasher in my brand new last house about 3 years ago and it was perfection! I ordered the same model for my new house and it takes double the time to heat the over to 350 degrees. It used to take about 7-8 minutes to heat to this temperature , but with the brand new ovens it takes aboout 20 minutes to reach 350 degrees which is ridiculous! I can still return as I bought an extended warrantly from the seller, but I would prefer having a repair. I have seen other comments saying the same as I am, so I question if this is the new standard or is this a manufacturing issue.

New KitchenI purchased this double oven to match the refrigerator I purchased a few months ago. It is attractive. The delivery man did not clean the surface & left greasy fingerprints all over the front. The store graciously refunded the installation charges & gave a container of stainless steel cleaner. I am still trying to get rid of the fingerprints. At Christmas dinner we thought we had the meat probe mastered until it came time to roast. We kept getting the message to remove the temperature probe so we winged it. But we used both ovens & everything turned out quite tasty.

Perfect fit, user friendly touch controlsWe purchased this wall oven to match our new stovetop and for the convenience of a double oven. It’s perfect! The top panel contains the controls for both ovens. The control panel is made of glass, not plastic & is very user friendly. Both ovens work well so far. The upper oven has convection capabilities & the lower oven has the broiler function. We replaced a single oven plus microwave set up and the cabinet area required some modifications on our part. By following the online Kitchenaid instructions, everything lined up as specified. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Kitchen Aid does not stand behind its product.Brand new double oven, first time I used automatic oven cleaner blew both ovens. Repair was covered by warranty. But was told not to use automatic oven cleaner. Why would anyone pay extra for a Kitchen Aid appliance to be told not everything is reliable. If you check on line (wish we had checked) this is an ongoing problem that they ignore. Once warranty expires the problem is the owner. At that time they are happy to SELL you an extended warranty. But, every time you use this cleaning feature your ovens will blow!Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of!

Beautiful oven; works wellI bought this oven and had it installed a few months ago to replace a nearly 25 year old Kitchenaid double wall oven. Old oven still worked very well but was dated and was updating kitchen. I hope this oven lasts just as long! Purchased this oven because of the past positive experience with Kitchenaid and the FIT guarantee that the new oven would fit in the existing spot of an old Kitchenaid oven of the same size. It fit, but took some finagling by the installer and could not reinstall the surrounding trim work. New oven works well, heats accurately and evenly, but is noisy. I think it is the blower from the convection portion even though not using convection. Noise continues during cool down portion of cooking. Really like the 3 racks in the upper oven and the cutout in the rack that serves as a handle to push and pull the rack into the oven. The blue interior and lights are really snazzy.
