It makes a perfect cup of coffee, using a paper cone filter. This shape of filter results in the best tasting coffee. It is hot. We even brew it right into an oversized mug when not needing the travel mug. Best solution for delicious hot full strength coffee. My college age kids love it too. I have to resort to buying the last used model I can find.

Works great, fresh cup of coffee in about 3 min. and it tastes great. Choose your own grind of coffee and brew, much much better and cheaper than pods. Best Single cup Coffee Maker on the market!!

Higher water temp definitely makes a difference! Nice to have the cup provided to grab and go. You can brew some good joe with other cups too, just be sure you add no more water than the cup holds!! Looks great, and makes your mornings start off right!
