Be sure to let the stove top completely cool before you start. Great product. Want to keep my new stove looking like new.

Over time, I just assumed that the top had blistered and been sort of ruined. I use affresh for my washer and dishwasher so of course I was going to try it for my stove. Now, the blade broke halfway through and I was so disappointed. You have to be gentle and it will take FOREVER. But, it works! My stovetop looks brand new! I even used the blade on my grates! I had never seen buffing cream for a stove, but I'm amazed also at this stuff. I wish it was sold in big bottles. I normally clean my stove up after cooking with different sprays, and some leave a residue. This just buffed right out! I am addicted. I bought a new kit seconds after my blade broke and finished two days later!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pamiam from Cooktop Cleaning Kit [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Affresh Cooktop Cleaning Kit includes a scraper, cleaner, and scrub pads that are designed to remove build-up and cooked-on spills without scratching or harming cooktop surfaces and a non-abrasive cleaner. I like having everything I need in one simple kit. The scraper is fine for some jobs, but I find that I, personally, don't use it very much. It's a bit flimsy, and the edge is a razor blade type. I use it with great caution. The five blue cleaning pads do a great job cleaning without being abrasive. The kit also contains a five ounce bottle of cooktop cleaner. A little goes a long way. It is safe for all glass and ceramic cooktops. It's recommend for monthly maintenance, or anytime as needed to clean up spills and messes. I like the fact that it polishes my cooktop and keeps it looking great.

The scraper gets all the gunk off and the polish makes my stovepipe look like new every after a spill or boil over which happens alot when I cook! I found it very easy to use and makes clean up easy and painless.
