Never worked properly/ dangerousCame with my $6500 gas range. Pulls out easy, but slides back in and you are left holding a hot baking dish. Had KA send repairman. Replaced the rack. Same thing happens. Told me my oven wasn’t level. Had that fixed. Still happens. Burnt my wrist last week pulling out the rack to baste a roas, rack slid back in while I was basting very very disappointed.

Stupid design “feature”As others have complained, the rack rolls back in when pulled out. This is by design, and a very poor decision; it’s just impractical. If I want to pull it out to rotate a dish for example, it rolls back in. There are many other examples of why this “feature” is just stupid.

Defect in MFGThis came with my oven and it was built improperly, the oven door won't close when it is in. It's a shame because it feels very heavy duty, would love to use it. I do notice the rack slides very easily but doesn't have a lock mechanism when it's pushed all the way in. Some kind of cheap magnetic click connect would have made this great. Not sure I would pay this price for it though.

Poor DesignThis is oven rack is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It slides back in when pulled out, requiring two people to place anything in the oven.

Satinglide rack defectivebrand new 36" Kitchenaide range. using the satinglide rack, pulls back in when you lift item off of it. What's up with that? took it out to examine, the sliders on each side have different stop points. Very flimsy. It's thanksgiving day, so gotta rough it with manual racks.

Terribly-design productLike others have said - this came with our $6000 Kitchenaide stove, and the first time we used it, my wife nearly burned herself when the rack slid back in. We were sure it must be defective, but looks like it's by design. One of the worst designed features I've ever seen.
