I have been pleased with this purchase. Item arrived in like brand-new condition. It was hard to tell that it was refurbished. Item works just as I hoped. I would buy refurbished again from KitchenAid and highly recommend this item.

Well made, light and good balance for use. A lot quieter than I expected. The speed control switch takes a bit getting used to. One concern. The paddles appear two piece and the busing looks chrome plated with potential for rust.
