It's big, and occupies real estate on the counter, but well worth it since I make bread every couple of days. The whole mixing and initial kneading of ingredients, so easy. Now I'm inspired to expand the ways I use it, time to do some research.

I'll get it fixed I promised her. "I can't let my baby go" I declared. "I want fresh bread" my wife insisted. So... a new mixer is now in my "kitchen tool box and my old one is waiting to be fixed and passed on to one of my kids.

I must say, I prefer the tilt head mixer. The professional is bit more difficult to put my hand and the attachment in the bowl to attach. Guess I really didn’t need a larger one, which also has to squeeze under my upper cabinets.

I’ve looked at them for a long time. I’ve used it several times and it has made my life so much easier. I made peanut butter protein balls twice - what a breeze to mix and my hands no longer ache. I made a cake and I’ve made banana bread-brownies (delicious) twice and all turned out great. I even made bread, using the dough hook and it was fantastic! I love this machine. I read other reviews of people having difficulty getting the bowl on and off, but after I read the directions it was a breeze. I also read reviews of people saying the mixing attachments rub the bottom of the bowl, however after following the directions to adjust the height, they no longer rub! I love this machine and I’m excited again about baking. I’m certain I will buy other attachments in the future.
