Rated 5 out of 5 by Donna40513 from Another Great Workhorse This is actually my third KitchenAid Stand Mixer. My parents game me a KitchenAid Classic when I bought my first home. It quickly became an essential appliance in my kitchen. I realized I needed a stronger mixer and then bought the Architect (5 quart). I used that for about another five years and as my bread baking skills evolved moved up to this model. This model has plenty of power to knead bread and make multiple batches of cookies, cakes and cheesecakes. It is one of the few appliances that I leave on my counter. I have the 'frosted white' model and it is not only functional but attractive. This is a must have for the serious at-home baker!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Golfit from Stand mixer We love the mixer but we did not realize that it was not tilt back. With large batches of mix it makes a mess getting the mixer out and then taking the bowl off the stand.
