Untrustworthy company. Terrible customer service.I ordered this bowl hoping it was going to be the same as the bowl that comes with the kitchenaid that’s sold at Target, the Magnolia Hearth and Home (it’s not, this isn’t a shiny copper bowl, it’s more of an orange, matte color).
After waiting an extremely long time for it to ship, it never did so I called and canceled the order and was told by customer service that it was canceled. The charge kept showing up on my card and then dropping off though, so I called again to make sure that it was canceled and I was assured that the system showed it was canceled. Later that day, I got an email that it was shipped (11 days after I had canceled the order!).
But no big deal, I’ll just return it right? But customer service refused to give a pre-paid label for “bowls and accessories” even though they sent it when they weren’t supposed to.
Supposedly the agent spoke to a supervisor and they also refused. I was polite during this entire conversation even though I was already frustrated and had been on hold with them a total of about 8 hours between numerous phone calls at this point, but the customer service agent had an attitude from the moment she answered the phone. I will say that the gentlemen I spoke with about the canceled order were very polite. But I will never buy anything from Kitchenaid or their Whirlpool parent ever again and I’ll be letting everyone I know not to shop with them.
