Works well[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using the juicer. I can see lots of future use with tomatoes. I enjoy using it for fresh veggies to make juices.

Great attachment[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to find this special attachment to use with my existing kitchenaid appliance rather than set another freestanding juicer on my counter with limited space. It works very well but does permit a few solid pieces through and that is why I gave lt a 4 rating.

I think for the price this is an excellent juicer.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to turn my first one in as it made a super loud thumping sound. Second one better. Juices better, cleans easier, takes less space to store and is just all around more convenient to use than my standalone juicer.

Works great[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be better if the juicer got more juice out of the fruit like most other juicers. Otherwise I have had not problems and I use it every weekend for the past 2 months.

In love! Super easy to use![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] absolutely looove my juicer ! its super easy to use and really gets every drop of juice. I would have given it 5 stars but there's little things that could have been better like, it's alot bigger than I expected so it's not something I'd leave attached to use daily. Also, it freaks me out that my mixer gets really hot after using the juicer too long. However, I still looove my juicer!

Great Juicer!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this juicer 3-4 times a week and it works great! My only complaint is cleaning is kind of a pain but it kind of comes with the territory!

Great product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer works great! I have used it several times and it works really well. It gets most of the juice out of things, which is evident by how dry the pulp is. There are a lot of parts, so it turns into a project to clean up afterwards. This deters me from making juice as often as I would like to; that is just me being lazy though.

Good trade off if you already have the stand mixer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I was looking for a masticating juicer but didn't want to pay $300. If you already have the stand mixer, it's a good deal. I doubt it is as good as dedicated masticating juicers. It slows our Artisan and the pulp shoot clogs up occasionally, but it gets the job done.

Good Option[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband wanted a juicer, but I didn't want another large bulky appliance on our kitchen counter. This was a great compromise since we already have the kitchenaid mixer. It is still rather larger, but we can easily store it away in a cabinet. Like most juicers, it's a total pain to clean. It's definitely slow and I feel like I'm going to burn out my mixer motor when I use it because you have to have it on high. It does a great job of getting all of the juice out of your veggies. The pulp comes out really dry and dense.

Very Easy to Use[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this juicer. It has made making fresh juice pretty quick and easy for us. My kids love it! There are a lot of pieces to wash, so I would say that would be the only down side.

Great attachment![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as an alternative to buying a separate juicing machine to save on cupboard and counter space. Seems much smaller than a regular juicer would so happy about that! We aren't everyday juicers but it has worked well so far. The low pulp basket split at a seam in the first month and Kitchenaid sent a replacement right away- great customer service.

Good attachment[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment works quite well. Just make sure you align the red arrows on the lid to the main unit before running the motor. The pulp/no pulp slide is a little confusing at first, but through trial and error, it works great at adjusting how much you want to let through into the juice. It extracts a good amount of liquid from vegetables and fruits. It seems like it will be great for making tomato sauce, but have not tried it yet for that purpose. Clean up is pretty standard fare for a juicer - many parts, but they rinse off very easily if done right after usage. Not a five star because it's hard to find a compact way to store the attachment when not in use.

Good juicer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used a juicer before but this one works very well. We have juiced all types of vegetables such as carrots, celery, and peppers as well as fruits. We make up our own recipes all the time and they always taste great. The only problem is the strainer that separates the pulp from the juice so hard to clean.

Great option for a slow juicer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just as good as the $500 juicers from Omega and Horum. Works very well. Easy clean up. Multiple screens for different levels of juice pulp. Includes a cutter head to make juicing more efficient. My only complaint comes when juicing passion fruit. If you fill it too full of plup, some seeds will slip by the screen over the top.

Does the trick without taking up counter space[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for celery juicing, which is tough on a machine & works well! Does not take up valuable counter space, since we already had our stand mixer on the counter.

I'm a daily Juicer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was difficult to use. I even broke a basket. Kitchenaid replaced without question. The excess produce left behind and the getting plugged all the time bugged me. This happens the most with leafy greens. Then I discovered a trick or two. I leave my speed on 10 and start and finish with ice cubes. If it starts acting or sounding like it is going to plug up I put ice cubes in it.

Very Pleased After Three Months[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas present that we immediately put to use. We have used it at the very least once a week for three months now, and have been very happy! We love the juice and have been extremely happy with the juicer attachment! We really wish we got one sooner.
Our first concern after the first use was how hot it made our "Professional HD" "475 Max Watt" Stand Mixer's motor. I think I noticed it at first more due to a smell, that went away after the first couple uses. Either the motor doesn't get as hot any more, or what was really bothering me was the smell, or I'm just used to it now, not sure which. The mixer with or with out the juicer attachment has yet to give me any issues.
The other little complaints I think are more just learning this tool/attachment. For instance, the pulp and juice containers are very short compared to where the juicer attachment is. The juice one is the real issue, because the juice splatters. We ditched the juice container for a large pitcher. The juice spout when closed drips juice. The juicer isn't perfect, but it is close. I'd get one again, and recommend the juicer attachment and mixer to anyone.
On a different note, I think this juicer gets more juice out of an orange then the citrus juicer, and is easier, and funner to watch for the kids. But a lot more clean up.

Beets are bad[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got my wife a stand mixer for Xmas, but our son bought one for the both of us. We took one back and got a bunch of attachments, including the macerating juicer. We were really enjoying it. The pasta sauce recipe was delicious over some spiralized zucchini. We managed to try 3 of the juice recipes in the manual. The ruby red juice killed the juicer. I dropped a half a small beet down the feed tube and heard gears stripping until it seized up entirely. I hope I didn't damage the mixer also. We're hoping to replace it, but won't be juicing any beets or hard vegetables. We have a 525 Watt mixer, but the juicer couldn't handle a beet.

Love it[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for 2 month and have been using it almost everyday. Just some area is difficult to clean cause the residue of the juices is trap in some places. Overall a very good product. There is even a casing provided to store different filter.

Juicy Juice from
Juicy Juice[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Kitchen-Aid Juice for about a month now after purchasing it from Bed Bath & Beyond. I'm loving the quality of the juice, I feel like this appliance juices more juice from the fruits and vegetables than my previous juicers. I love that appliance doesn't spin the vegetables, but smashes them. I have found that this appliance is slower than other than other juices though, it takes me a little longer even when the Kitchen Aid is on Level 10.
I have also found when I'm juices Carrots & Beats that the appliances makes a loud clicking noise when its spinning, its as if its too much for the appliance at one time. I'm still figuring out what is making the sound, but have noticed it.

Love my new Juicer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this juicer as a birthday gift and I LOVE it! I have only used the juice option, I haven't used it to make sauces yet. Occasionally, it will get stuck or hug up when juicing things like pineapple or kale, but generally following it with a veggie that has structure (like a cucumber) will help push it through. It is a "Slow Juicer" so by by definition it isn't a quick process but I feel that this juicer does a much better job than my previous one at extracting more juice from my fruits and veggies. Having it on for long periods of time, can cause the motor of the mixer to get hot. It is very easy to take apart and clean. I know that there are many who would say that it is expensive, but considering it is a masticating juicer, I think it does well for the price. (there are many masticating juicers that are even more expensive)

cool.machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very excited about making good juices and the best apple cider in existence. only issue is that waxy items need a bit more coaxing to get ground up and the heat of the motor makes me a little nervous about the life of my machine.

Great addition for our family[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this as a gift, and prior to using it researched the heck out of juicers. Once we figured out we wanted an auger-type(better at extracting, and juice lasts longer-less oxidation than a centrifuge-type), we put it to the test. There are a couple of advantages which become apparent only after using the juicer. One, we are able to adjust the speed. This enables me to lower the revolutions, therefore allowing more juice to be extracted, or increase the speed when I hear it starting to strain a bit. Another is that the auger has a slicer blade on top, similar to a food processor. This effectively slices up the food products such that the auger is much more efficient and to date we have not had it get stuck. I must say after watching countless videos and reading reviews about the pros and cons that we are very happy with this choice. We do not have another appliance, it works as advertised, and my wife is very happy with her great tasting and healthy juice. Thank you KitchenAid!

Works well[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Breville Juice Extractor and the Kitchen Aid Slow Juicer attachment. The slow juicer is nice because you can get some of the fiber in the juice which you cannot with the Breville Extractor. Its also nice to have the ability to make sauces and jams with it.

Time saver[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment has saved me a lot of time with juicing raspberries for jelly. Some of the seeds made it through so I still needed to strain the juice, but that was easy. I love the attachment. Can't wait to try it on other items.
