Rated 5 out of 5 by Celtic Spirit from My most beautiful mixer. I think I have the most beautiful 5 Quart K.A. Artisan mixer I have ever seen. It is the Cocoa Silver which I recently paired with the walnut wood mixing bowl. I have it placed on the walnut sliding board. My kitchen is brown, cream and black with stainless appliances. I also store the 3-quart chrome bowl inside it and the chrome edge peeks out above the walnut. almost looking like a trim. I have yet to see anything that compares to it. I leave it out on the counter and will never hide it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FrediP from Overall, Excellent I have nothing negative to say about this mixer. I'm older and no longer able to hold hand mixers so I purchased my Kitchenaid and love it. It does everything and the accessories are perfect as I make pasta as well as bread and, well, just about everything. The only thing I would like changed would be to make the mouth of the bowl a little wider. It's very hard to add ingredients when you have the paddle beater installed. Other than that, I'd not change a thing. Thank you Kitchenaid!

I love using my mixer for all kinds of things from pasta making, mixing, cheese grading, etc. I have bought several attachments since and they are all very handy and work great. I did have an issue with one of the attachments, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE DISHWASHER!! I learned that the hard way. I had put one of them in the dishwasher and it just kept having black residue and couldn't be fixed. Highly recommend double checking cleaning options for each items.
