I have compared this product with my old other brand blender, what a huge difference. The KitchenAid crushed the ice perfectly into small/slush pieces and I also tried to crush and stir potatoes in order to make potato pancakes and it worked out. Awesome product!!!

Not only does it crush ice perfectly, it's also a beauty to behold and looks great on the counter. The glass pitcher is easy to clean, will always looks pristine, compared to the acrylic pitchers, and stores easily in the fridge. I highly recommend this model for form and function.

It is very sold and I was very surprised how quiet it is. We've been using this daily for the past 10 days and love it. It's a great mid market blender.
