Rated 5 out of 5 by MO from BEST thing I ever bought! I have to eat gluten free and making this type of pasta is extremely difficult. With this it is so easy a child could do it and the results are much better, almost like making regular pasta. This thing isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny! You rarely see a product that ends up simplifying one's life as this (for me at least). Now I can make fresh pasta whenever I want and for a gluten free version, it's ready in less than 15 minutes and tastes as good as regular pasta.

A couple months later, I was given the Kitchenaid pasta roller. So wonderful for making pasta! It doesn't require a second person and it thins out the dough evenly and beautifully.

This pasta roller has added another level of versatility to our pasta making. We have used it to make lasagna sheets, pappardelle, fettuccine, bow ties, and ravioli. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen for those who enjoy making their own pasta.
