I use it for everything from pancake batter to bread dough. I love the tilt of the bowl before it snaps into place. It’s a real workhorse, worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HalM from The Behemoth [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heretofore, the Method was either Basic Armstrong with a spoon, or holding the double-basket hand whipper as it bounced off the glass wall. Enter the 610. The target is one (1) day of baking for every fourteen (14) running around. Bread's on the menu, so a powertool is called for. When it came I took it apart right on the kitchen table, and made sure every electrical connection got some No-Ox, and checked the grease in the tranny. Putting it back together, before every screw was threaded, another few molecules of No-Ox, cause I know it's in the kitchen and gonna get wet. The unit came with both the small and large bowls, two different wire whisks, a hard metal paddle, a DW Safe rubber scraper, a dough spiral and a pouring shield. All speeds work fine. Sprayed some De-Ox-It Gold into the switch slide, just to be sure. I can see the unit performing well at the slower ranges of speeds, Cranking it up, the four resilient rubber feet allow the frame of the unit to visibly vibrate. On a solidly-built cabinet, the unit seems much happier on a non-resilient support, e.g. no rubber, let her wail and you will see. A machine is a machine, not a museum piece and something like this is made to honestly thrash,
