Who doesn't love toasted San Francisco style sour dough? It's just so good that I'm still glad I made a little splurge a few years ago

Never satisfied, either uneven toasting, too dark no matter what setting, can't get the toast out, and so on. I know the Kitchen Aid brand as I have others in my kitchen so figured why not try it?
