It’s evenly toasted to perfection outside and still tender on the inside. The controls are convenient and intuitive, making it easy to get the settings right for different types of bread or frozen waffles. It also accommodates a wide range of sizes with wonderful results every time. It’s sturdy and looks absolutely beautiful on the counter. This toaster replaced an old top of the line KitchenAid toaster that lasted for about 15 years, so I anticipate this one will work well for years to come. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Is it heavy, yes. Does it do everything it says it does, yes. You get what you pay for. Will it last many many years, yes! I have wanted this toaster for several years and finally decided to purchase it. Best purchase I have made in a long time. If you have been looking for a high quality toaster, kitchenaid, and concerned about the investment, just do it. You will not be disappointed. It has a sleek look, toasts perfectly, warms your toast automatically and beeps when done.

Not sure why we waited so long to buy a good one. What sets this toaster apart is how it automatically lowers your bread and how gently it rises your toast when complete, without that startling pop. Soft ding alerts you when starting and finishing the toasting cycle. Super relaxing and chill in the morning. Frozen feature works great for Pillsbury Toaster Strudels and Toaster Scramblers, warming the inside and toasting evenly without burning. Well built and looks great on the counter with its quality finish.

This was my second toaster. After a year of service, my first toaster had minor problems. I called customer service and explained the problem and to my surprise, they sent me a new toaster. As a builder I've purchased quite a few Kitchen Aid products over the years and never had any problems or warranty issues. The real measure of a company is how they handle product issues.
