Rated 5 out of 5 by Pilotxy from Super Sharp Steak Knives This KitchenAid 4-piece steak knife set works wonders. They are super sharp and the ridges on the knives make the cuts so fast and easy. I like it that it can make thin cuts very nicely. The handle is very slick and thin so handle with care. I'm more used to the bulkier handles, but these just needs getting used to. I've used it to cut through 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick chuck steak, 2 inches chicken breast, and 2 inches pork shoulders and I'm always happy with the results I get each time. I'm happy that I was able to try these knives because these are going to be the only steak knives that I'll be using from now on.
