Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave from Love the blade [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this blade, I really put it to the test including things that I don't normally do. I sawed through chicken legs pork bones with ease but it did have some difficulty trying to go through frozen hamburger but again this is something that I don't really ever have a reason to do. My only criticism is that stainless steel handle was just a bit slippery when it got wet it didn't always feel secure in my hand. I would suggest that KitchenAid embed some rubber or some other non-slip material. Over all a superior knife and I like the one piece construction.
