Kitchen Aid appliances make short order of prep time. Those who find fault with these appliances are those who when they go out to "eat" are satisfied with heat and serve meals. when I go out it is to "dine" and enjoy the talent chef's have. I had to replace all my counter top appliances with Kitchen Aid because other brands did not meet the standards they were designed for.

The only problem now the chopper attachment lid holds water in it and I can't get it out. I called KitchenAid support and the gal said they no longer make the lid and there is no manual to tell me how to get the water out after cleaning. I am considering drilling holes in it. Hoping this works. A little disappointed in KitchenAid, but still love the hand held blender.

Never had an issue, but now the blades aren’t sharp enough anymore. They not only don’t sell a replacement blade, but not even the entire attachment! How environmentally irresponsible!
