Rated 2 out of 5 by pbarger from It was okay for a while... I purchased the KitchenAid Nespresso machine just over two years ago. There are a couple things I didn't like about it: 1) there is no notification about low water; 2) when the used capsule tray is full, it's easy to not notice and crush a capsule. After figuring out the nuances of this machine, it does brew a good espresso most of the time. Unfortunately, the machine just stopped working right after the 2-year warranty expired. I had been diligent in descaling the unit regularly. It appears to have a failed water line, and when I try to use it, it leaks cold water all over my counter top. I am very disappointed that it didn't last longer.

Bought this KitchenAid / Nespresso coffee maker a few months ago and could not be more satisfied. - Makes excellent coffee from Nespresso capsules (to my surprise much more flavorful than my previous (not KitchenAid!) Nespresso machine. - Appears to be built for eternity - Easy to operate and clean Only complaint: The water tank is in the rear of the machine and needs to be angled backwards to release it for refilling. If the machine is placed on a countertop with wall-mounted cabinets above, the tank is very inconvenient to remove and re-insert. It would be much easier, if it slid out sideways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BravoBaker from My Favorite New Vice I got this coffee maker almost 1 month ago. I absolutely love the finish, that Candy Apple red is jaw dropping! I received in the package a welcome pack of 16 capsules and a coupon for my first order of capsules which was a nice touch. This feels like a substantial product like the rest of my kitchenaid appliances. The machine takes like half a minute to heat up and in no time I have a wonderful shot of espresso or even tea, I found some nice third party tea. This is such a lovely convenience that has fast become an essential part of my day. The aroma, and plentiful crema this espresso maker produces is delightful. It is a tad bit loud but not over the top. This product is much nicer than many other single serve, plastic coffee makers available on the market and always gets compliments. My only regret is that I didnt see the pack up with the milk frother before I got this one but its not a big deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Richard from Very solid appliance that produces great expressso The quality of your drinks will depend on the quality of the capsules that you select and your personal preference. Most of the Nespresso brand capsules are good and a couple are great. There are several other brands that make great capsules too. I found several capsules from Gourmesso that I really like. If you liker green tea you should try the Gourmesso green tea - I was amazed! I have to move the machine away from the wall to fill the water reservoir but I like the looks of this machine I don't think that I would change it even if I could.

It looks amazing on our counter top. I had the chance to try other Nespresso machines and no one comes close to this KitchenAid one. Top quality, this is the high end product for Nespresso and it's worth it.

If there's anything I would like it to be improved: 1. Make it easier to "unlatch" water tank from the main unit. I always have to use force to take it out for refill. And I'm just afraid it will break one day due to the force needed to take it out. 2. Every time after i use it, water will keep dripping for 1-2 hours from the spout. It's not a big deal as there's a drip tray and I just put a napkin on to of the drip tray

Rated 4 out of 5 by Maria from Great Coffee Maker I love Nespresso coffee, so when I saw that Kitchenaid made a coffee maker exclusively for Nespresso, I had to try it. I already owned a Nespresso Citi coffee maker, but the Kitchenaid is so much better. I.can select various sizes, the water reservoir is larger and easier to fill and clean and the overall look and quality is better. The only complaint I have is it takes a bit too long to fill up a regular size mug which requires several button pushes to accomplish. However, this coffeemaker is wonderful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Iamflash6782 from Great espressos I received this for a Christmas present in December of 2019. It is absolutely stunning piece on my countertop. However, to take out the water reservoir is very difficult. It feels like the water reservoir is going to break it is made of plastic. The espresso maker weighs about 24 pounds. And it’s really loud. I would have given it five stars if the water reservoir came out easily I feel little break in time and if it was quieter. I would only recommend to a friend by telling them what I wrote above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fidel from Solid, reliable and beautiful espresso machine I bought my KitchenAid (KA) Nespresso machine after being served a coffee from a friend who had just purchased a Nespresso unit. I loved it and decided I needed to have a maker, too. Because of personal experience with the quality of my other KA appliances, I made the decision to pay a higher price and could not be happier. My KA machine is solid, reliable, beautiful and makes the best espresso drinks imaginable. I'm happier with my purchase every single day.
