They are self stick ceramic dishes that make entertaining the ideal complimentary self serve dessert dish for your special event. Clean up is so sweet and the 2 tone square shape take Ramekin ware to a new level, no more boring white circle dishes. The square unique shape allows you to fill each Ramekin with different designs when baking with pie crust. This Ramekin is also deep which gives you an extra measure of goodness, that allow foods to bake deeper in its own goodness.

I use them at all stages of cooking: store prepped food in the refrigerator or freezer, melted butter in the microwave, baking mini desserts, serving condiments. I've even used them as serving dishes for nuts and candies for an ice cream sundae bar. They stack beautifully and have been through the dishwasher about 20 times and still look brand new. I would recommend the to everyone who has a kitchen.
