Big Ench from
It performs and looks like what one would expect from a KitcOur 27 inch kitchenaid Convection Combination Microwave Wall Oven has been with us the better part of 6 months now. My only regret is that it didn't get here sooner than it did!
The most interesting and useful aspect of this appliance is the Convection oven. I am so fascinated with it, I use it in preference to any other appliance if at all possible. Just learning and using its many modes has me being attentive to cooking like I have never been before. And, I smile bunches when in the kitchen; in particular the crisper has made my domestic life (cleanup) so easy, I'm still amazed and I let the good cooking times roll on and on!

This product has great featuresI haven't had these long but so far so good. I haven't used all the features yet, and am still experimenting with it. On the pro side, it looks and preforms beautifully. I don't think the book is hard to understand and my food has been cooked to perfection. On the con side, it takes too long to preheat and when using the conventional option in the larger oven it heats the kitchen too much. I have never had a oven that has fans on the inside so I am still getting use to the fan running after cooktime is done until it cools down. The fan also continues to run in the microwave until you cancel it or open the door which is annoying.

Great product with all the features we need in our kitchen. The combo wall oven is the best product that I invested in for our home. It's easy to use, a very attractive addition to our kitchen, makes cooking enjoyable and safe for everyone in the whole family. One of the features we like about the oven is the automatic timer once the oven reaches cooking temperature. We also like the simple one touch for the microwave which made it very easy for my 87 year old mother with arthritis. It cleans so easily. Both the microwave and the oven heats and cooks the food evenly. I can only say good things about this and KitchenAid products. Any new appliances are going to be KitchenAid from here on in. We are very pleased, thank you!

Love the look and features but already havingproblemsHad this installed right before Christmas and loved using it for the holiday baking. But a little over a month of it being installed there are problems. The fan on the oven portions has periodically gotten extremely loud and more recently the electronic panel has shut down twice during use. The unit has been serviced and both the panel and fan will be replaced. Hope this corrects both problems. I am not too happy about these malfunctions especially since it has not been installed for long. In my opinion something that was so expensive should not have these problems, especially this soon. Counting on KitchenAid to stand behind their product and make me happy for choosing their product.

Very Pleased With Our PurchaseWe are so pleased with our Kitchenaid Convection Combination Microwave Oven. We had limited space because we working with the original cabinets during our remodel, and needed a combination oven with microwave that would fit the space. The bonus to me was not only two appliances for the purchase price but in fact the microwave doubles as a second oven too! The oven combination is sleek, stylish and very well made. In my opinion it is better constructed than many of it competitors. I would highly recommend this oven/microwave combo to anyone that is shopping for a new kitchen oven and microwave.

A Short Cook from
Just a few ProblemsHave had our Combo Unit for 7 months. It performs well, except the Lower Oven takes a very long time to pre-heat. I do not like the pull-down door of the Microwave. It is hard to reach in, and it's impossible to clean the back wall of occasional splatters because I can't reach it. Do you sell a cleaning utensil with a very long handle? It is annoying when the fan in the microwave doesn't turn off automatically at the end of cooking. The light and the protective screen make it impossible to see clearly into the microwave. The light in the Lower Oven is so bright, you need sunglasses!

Looks good, could use some featuresThere were few choices of a combo oven/micro/convection. I looked at the Viking line but was dissuaded by the sales rep. He convinced me to go with KitchenAid. So, I applaud KitchenAid for the functionality of the product, as well as the appearance and the ample room in the MW. The cons for the wall oven are - a lighted panel would be helpful; the popcorn function does not work and trying any popcorn in the MW does not work nor does it work on any setting. It would be great to have an express cooking option on the MW and an ability to continue baking on the oven convection side when time runs out using the conversion feature. Overall, satisfied, but with a few tweaks, this could be a great wall oven combo!

You Cannot Buy a Worse OvenI would give this negative stars if possible. I've had mine a couple of years, and can't count the number of service calls I have had. It has NEVER worked right. Customer service tells me there is nothing they can do. Thank goodness I bought an extended warranty. The last two problems were that it wouldn't turn on AT ALL for a while, even though it was getting electricity. Today I ran the shortest self clean (for the first time). And, sure enough, I heard a pop. When the cycle was done, I opened the oven, and what do you know, the inside glass was broken in half. This is GARBAGE. If someone had offered to pay me to take it new, I would tell them NO. Stay as far away as you can and buy ANYTHING else you can. Pure junk.

Pretty, but plagued with problems.Love the look & user friendliness of this oven, but in 3 months it's been serviced 3 times. First to replace the main electronics control board. Second to replace a blower, which did not address the noise issue, and third, another attempt to fix the vibration/ noise. The loud noise started after I used the self-clean feature for the first & only time. The last service technician also discovered that the convection fan was coming on during regular baking, which is why I have to adjust temp & cook times so things don't burn. He has ordered parts to address that issue.

We choose this model because of the dual convection featureWe were looking to replaced a 17 year old 27 in micro/oven combination oven without having to undertake a major cabinet remodel. This 27 inch model offered a oven cavity that is 20% larger than other older model plus the convention microwave gave us a second baking oven as well. So we got a double gain: a larger main oven plus a small but very functional second oven. All of this was a big improvement in planning and execution of Thanksgiving dinner. The convection feature works well and is easy to use since you merely input the conventional baking instructions and the control panel program makes the adjustment for using the convection feature. So far the cooking results have been excellent as expected 9 and hoped for)..
