Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. The following promotion is intended for participants in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. Do not proceed in this promotion if you are not a legal U.S. resident residing in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States or Washington D.C. Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the official rules ("Official Rules") below.
1. DESCRIPTION: The “KitchenAid® Color of the Year 2026: Spearmint Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 8:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, February 12, 2026, and ends on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The co-sponsors of this Sweepstakes are the following two (2) entities: KitchenAid Global LLC & Whirlpool Corporation, both located at 2000 North M-63 MD3110, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 (each a “Co-Sponsor” and collectively the “Sponsors”). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative Zing Promotion Group, 2100 E. Robinson St., Orlando, FL 32803 ("Administrator").
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors, Administrator (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies together with the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons (collectively, “Household Members”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year; "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, stepparents, grandparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the e-mail account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsors satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. The Sweepstakes Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold or bartered. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.kitchenaid.com/countertop-appliances/color-of-the-year (the "Sweepstakes Homepage") and following the on-screen instructions to access the entry form. Entrant must complete the entry form by providing all of the information requested, including but not limited to Entrant’s full name, physical address, email address and phone number, then click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”).
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsors determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsors decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally. The Sweepstakes Entities will determine in their sole discretion which entries have satisfied the requirements of these Official Rules.
4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: On or about Friday, February 27, 2026, five (5) potential Prize winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by the Administrator from all eligible Entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email via the email address provided on the registration form. Each potential winner is responsible for checking their spam filter. Each potential winner will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within three (3) days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The failure to respond within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of the applicable Prize. Each potential winner will be required to verify address, sign, and return within three (3) days of initial notification one or more declaration forms covering eligibility, liability, advertising and (unless prohibited by law) publicity rights and such other documents as Sponsors or Administrator may provide (collectively, the "Prize Acceptance Form"). Failure of a potential winner to return the Prize Acceptance Form within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries for the corresponding Prize. Administrator, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If the Prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or is forfeited by a potential winner, such Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Prize in question may go un-awarded if it remains unclaimed. Prizes will not be awarded until potential winner eligibility is confirmed in a manner satisfactory to the Sweepstakes Entities. If an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received, Sponsors reserves the right to not award all Prizes. Sponsors reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
6. PRIZES (5): There are five (5) prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) available, each consisting of one (1) KitchenAid® 2026 Color of the Year Stand Mixer., and one (1) KitchenAid® 2026 Color of the Year 36” Dual Fuel Commercial Style Gas Range*. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for each: Nine Thousand twenty-one dollars and ninety-eight cents ($9,021.98) for a total cumulative ARV of forty five thousand one hundred nine dollars and ninety cents ($45,109.90).
*Prize Conditions: Each Prize includes home delivery, old product haul-away, and gas range installation services at the address provided by the winner. Winner must have access to natural gas in order to accept and use the Prize. Delivery, haul-away, and installation services will be coordinated for each winner by a Sponsors representative and a 3rd Party service provide selected by the Sponsors in their sole discretion; and are subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of delivery scheduling. Limit one (1) Prize per Entrant and one (1) Prize per household. EACH WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. Winners cannot assign or transfer any Prize to another person. No cash alternatives or Prize substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsors, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. No refunds, credits or exchanges are allowed. The ARV of any Prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. The Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation. Each winner’s Prize will be delivered and installed to such winner at the address provided on the returned Prize Acceptance Form within approximately sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Any depictions of Prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Other restrictions may apply.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may designate the Administrator to handle winner selection and notification tasks on Sponsors behalf. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize, each Entrant agrees to release the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers and employees (collectively, the " Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize. Each winner authorizes the Sponsors and their designees to use their name, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence in advertising, marketing, programming or promotional materials, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a winners’ list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsors are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at the Sponsors sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind including personal injury or death caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a Prize including participation in any activity related thereto, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of a winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such Prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials or activities associated with the Sweepstakes. For avoidance of doubt, an Entrant’s sole remedy for a confirmed erroneous deletion, loss or otherwise destroyed or corrupted Entry shall be another Entry in the Promotion, if possible. The Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) at any time for any reason or should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, extenuating circumstance or other problem/cause corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, will randomly select the winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sweepstakes Entities. The Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sweepstakes Entities. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY AWARD AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND 3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Entrants expressly agree not to use or associate the Sweepstakes or the Prize with the name, voice, likeness, image, brand, trademark, or any other intellectual property of any celebrity, brand, company, or public figure without the prior written consent of Sponsors.
8. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, any of the Sponsors designees, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules are claimed, Sponsors reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
10. PRIVACY POLICY: The personal information provided by Entrants may be used as provided in Sponsors privacy policy or these Official Rules. See Sponsors privacy policy at https://www.whirlpoolcorp.com/privacy-policy.html for details regarding use of the personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such privacy policy, these Official Rules shall control. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsors permission to correspond with you about the Sweepstakes via email and/or phone and to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the corresponding Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration, communication and fulfillment. Sponsors will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party other than as permitted by these Official Rules or the Privacy Policy.

WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain the names of the winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope "KitchenAid Spearmint Sweepstakes” List or Rules, 2100 E. Robinson St., Orlando, FL 32803. Requests from Vermont (“VT”) residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2026.
