As we enter another season full of gatherings and to-do’s, KitchenAid brand wants to help aspiring hosts and their guests foster deeper connections. Inspired by the fully redesigned Line of KitchenAid® major appliances, Room To Host is a stunning, festive space in New York City’s West Village that’s available to book free of cost for a gathering of up to 12 people. The space is designed to offer an unforgettable way to connect, create and come alive.
Open to residents of New York City, or residents living within 60 miles of the West Village; Registrant must be 21 years of age or older; Party size is limited to registrant + 11 guests (12 attendees total);
Registrant must be in attendance at event and have reviewed and accepted responsibility for all attendees’ adherence to the “Room to Host” Event Rules and Terms;
Limit one (1) booking per person / per household.
The Room To Host booking window opens at 8:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, November 13. A limited number of reservation windows will be available, so we recommend signing up for a reminder to be notified as soon as booking opens. Spots will fill quickly, so don’t miss your chance to host!
There’s no need to bring anything, we’ve got you covered! Everything you need for the experience, including food, beverages and supplies, will be provided. Just come ready to cook, connect and have a memorable time.
Room To Host reservations are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled once finalized. Each guest will be contacted prior to their scheduled experience to confirm attendance.
Once your booking is finalized, KitchenAid brand has everything covered except travel. Registrants and guests are required to provide their own transportation to and from the event.
In addition to the all-new suite of KitchenAid major appliances, the grand-prize winner will receive a $1,000 gather grant. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the appliance suite, prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Though KitchenAid encourages gather grant winners to use their prize for hosting, the $1,000 cash prize may be used at each winner’s discretion.
The deadline to enter the sweepstakes is 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, December 21, 2025. As such, winners will not be informed sooner than Thursday, January 5, 2026.
