I'm so glad I did. With the subscription feature the cost for the filter was the same, or less than, the price were paying for off-brand, questionable, lower grade models. Then water tastes GREAT...which is hard to do around here. I'm so glad I was able to 'set it and forget it', knowing these will arrive when needed and I won't have to think about finding something that works anymore - instead we'll have something that we love!
