Best range I've ever usedI bought this nearly 5 years ago. I am thrilled with it. The oven is dual fuel although it wasn't advertised as such. It is easy to clean; easy to use; cooks well; looks fabulous. Another surprise feature is the wok holder... just turn the left front grate over and set your wok into it for delicious stir fried quick dish.

Great rangeWhen I had to replace my range that I really liked, and was no longer made. , I had seriously doubted I would find one I liked as much, nor would I find one that would slide in properly in my granite counter tops.
This range fit right in, looks great, and I am still learning how to use all the features it has. Great product, great price; I couldn't be happier with my new range. Now I finally have all Kitchenaid appliances in my kitchen.

Oven issuesWe bought this stove 3 years ago. It has actually only been used for about 18 months (we are away for the Winter). A month ago we started. Having trouble with the oven. It would not light. It was repaired on November 23 at a cost of $750. Parts and labour. Yesterday the oven quit again.

Overheats and oven is locked shut for goodWhile using 2 of the main burners the digital display blanks out.
After stovetop has cooled the display works again.
2nd problem One day for no apparent reason the oven door decided to lock shut. I followed the directions to get it to disengage the lock. But no luck. I had to get creative and jimmy the door open with an old wire coat hanger. Then I was able to get to the screws that would allow me to remove the display screen so I could get to the broke lock mechanism. This mechanism costs 130 dollars. I am probably just going to run the oven with out the oven lock until it dies. I don't see a 130 investment being cost effective.

Great cooking experienceI purchased this a few weeks ago and love it. I haven't experimented with every feature yet but it is a pleasurable cooking experience.

Nice RangeNice looking, love the way it works. So simple to use. Wish the grates were not so heavy. It would make it so much easier to clean the stove top. Over all a great product.

Happy with rangeThus far we are delighted with this range. Apparently all "slide in ranges" are more expensive then their counterparts. All features are sensical i.e. flip over burner grate to hold a wok and placement of different burner types on range. Oven "clicks" quite a bit when igniting and maintaining temperature.Easy to clean and attractive finish.

Not what I thought...Very unhappy w/ the horrible trim kit. The grills overlap the sides of the stovetop just enough that the triangle shaped trim kit still leaves a 1/4" gap on the sides where my tile island meets the stove sides (this is a very tight fit, no excuse for trim kit not working except it's not 3 separate pieces, it's a triangle-shaped single piece). I can't find another substitute, now I have a 1-1/2" gap behind my stove & on sides. Grills are large & heavy and must be removed to clean around burners & the grills themselves are impossible to clean. Front glass control panel cannot be cleaned without you setting on/off every single option on it because you touch it w/ the sponge. Electronic ignition in oven goes on/off about every 15-20 seconds, this will be a part that won't last long. My local store charged me $1750 for this I could have gotten on line for $1300 and it's a discontinued model.

very good range happy I purchased this modelI am a foodie and this gas range is the best I've had. it has great looks and I like all the features.
