Induction heats and cools quickly, so keep a close eye on food while learning the different settings.


PLACE PAN ON ELEMENT

Pan.

Press On/off for 1 second when done

On/Off button.

Low: 1-2

Medium: 3-5

High: 6-9

Plus/Minus button.

COOKING SOUNDS

You may hear a humming or buzzing while using your induction cooktop. These noises are normal.

Sounds may get louder when:

  • Using pans of different sizes and materials
  • Cooking with multiple pans at once
  • Cooking on high power settings

 

You may also hear a fan while the cooktop cools.


Cleaning

Cleanup is quick and easy, since spills don't cook onto the surface.

Turn off all elements

Press ON/OFF for 1 second.

Set control lock

Hold for 3 seconds to disable cooking mode.

Wait for surface to cool

If H displayed, surface is still hot.

Wipe with soapy water and soft cloth or sponge

Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Polish glass with cooktop cleaner

Buff with soft cloth or paper towel

Hold for 3 seconds to start next cooking adventure.

Allow to cool before cleaning.

Press ON/OFF twice to remove code. Try using different element or switch pans.
