If you've made more chimichurri than your recipe needed or made a bulk batch for meal prep, you can store homemade chimichurri in the fridge and freezer. To store chimichurri in the refrigerator for up to two days, place it in an airtight container.
If you want to store your sauce for extended periods of time, pour it into an ice cube tray and place it inside your freezer. Pop out and add a cube or two whenever you need a bright addition to a dish.
