Ingredients

½ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried chili
3 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. oregano, finely chopped
¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
2 1-lb. ribeye steaks
Step by step
Season steaks with salt and pepper and let rest at room temperature 30-40 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. This can be prepared 3 days ahead and stored in airtight container in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before using.
Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
Place steaks on preheated Grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until thermometer reads 130-135°F for medium rare.
Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before serving with Chimichurri.
