What is the standard shipping rate for orders?
Countertop appliances, kitchenware, kitchen tools, parts and accessories may ship separately using standard shipping methods. Your cart at checkout will identify items that will ship separately and itemize any additional shipping fees. We ship using FedEx or UPS. Shipping normally takes between 4 to 10 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas.
How do I return a product?
Returns within 60 Calendar Days: You may return items purchased on KitchenAid.com within 60 days from shipment for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product. Return shipping is FREE, except for parts and accessories. To return purchased countertop appliances, kitchenware and kitchen tools, please call our returns team at 1 (800) 541-6390 to initiate a return and obtain a prepaid shipping label which you may use to send the item back to us in new and unused condition. Free return shipping is only available for U.S. consumers who directly call this number. Once we validate the returned items have arrived, your return will be processed. A credit in the form of a paper check will be mailed to your residence within 30 days. Personalized orders made specially for you, such as engraved products, free gifts and gift wrap services are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product was defective when delivered or as permitted by the product's warranty.
After 60 Calendar Days: If the 60-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us for warranty service or to schedule a repair. Fees may apply. Not happy for any reason? Call us at 1 (800) 541-6390 so we better understand how to help your situation.
To Return Countertop Appliance Parts & Accessories: Fill out the return section of your order’s packaging slip. Please complete and include the return form for all refunds and exchanges. You will need the product item number and your reason for return. Send the item back to us in new and unused condition, along with your Product Returns Form to the address below: KitchenAid Attn: Returns/Internet Orders 1701 KitchenAid Way Dock 42 Greenville, OH 45331 Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Send your package using a method that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us. Once we validate the returned items have arrived, your return will be processed. Accounts will be credited within 7-10 business days once items are received and processed. Our factory refurbished products are products that have been returned from either a consumer, retailer, trucking company or may have been used in a photo shoot. They may or may not have been used by a consumer. Factory refurbished products have been cleaned, inspected and returned to original mechanical and electrical condition. These products may contain minor cosmetic blemishes. KitchenAid does not represent or warrant refurbished products as first line goods, but they are usually in very nice condition. Most of our factory refurbished products carry a six-month total replacement warranty, refurbished Stand Mixers carry a 1-year total replacement warranty which covers all mechanical defects, but not cosmetic defects. If your factory refurbished product should fail within the warranty period, we will arrange to deliver a replacement and have your failed unit returned to us.
