Automatically adjusts conventional baking temperatures and cook times to their convection equivalents, making it easy to use convection with recipes of all kinds.

Even-Heat™ Preheat

Raises the oven temperature an extra 40°F during preheating to maintain the set temperature when the oven door is opened and food is added. This also ensures the entire oven cavity, including walls and racks, is fully heated to help prevent cold spots.

4,000-Watt Broil Element

Uses high heat to give foods a crispy, golden brown finish. Use Broil to sear meat, grill fish, char vegetables, toast bread, melt cheesy toppings and more.

Self-Cleaning Cycle

Uses high temperatures to loosen baked-on food without the need for chemical cleaners. After running this cycle, give the inside of the oven a wipe down with a damp cloth.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from I am disappointed that a product from KitchenAid is not top of the line. There is only one oven light for both ovens--not individual ones. Sad. The bell (?) for the timer is almost non existent. I can be standing right next to the oven and still not hear it. Really sad. I have to set the timer on my phone so that I can actually hear the timer going off. The ovens don't seem to hold their temperature well. I have checked with an oven thermometer and found that the temperature is not at the setting. Really Sad. Overall, I would rate this as just average. Not what I expected from a KitchenAid appliance.

I have to babysit while cooking and rotate food between racks and turn pans often. I have not cooked a good meal since I had this installed!! Wish I never got it!
