WHY CAN'T THIS FRY BASKET BE USED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 6 MONTHS FOR A FRY BASKET IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THE AIR FRY FUNCTION ON THEIR kMH319LSS MICROWAVE?!!! Please do not respond with your canned response to call 800-442-9991 for assistance. I have called twice and no one at that number knows anything about the air fry baskets which are supposed to come with the microwave. The last time I waited on hold for an hour and 15 minutes to be told they know nothing about it and refused to provide me info on who or where to call to get info. The air fry function on the microwave can not be used without the air fry basket which was to be included with microwave. Instead, Kitchenaid sends a redemption code which does not work and you can't place an order anyway because the basket has been out of stock for months! You can't even place an order to have it backordered. This air fry basket that recently showed up on Kitchenaid's website looks identical in every way. Why aren't we being sent this to fill our orders so that we can fully use this expensive microwave? Customer service is awful, if you can even reach anyone. The very least Kitchenaid could do is send an email to the owners who have registered and not received fry baskets with some kind of explanation or expected resolution time. But to simply ignore your customers is entirely unacceptable!
