Like the last two reviews I bought an air fryer only to find the included fry basket wasn’t in the box. Jumped through the hoops to get one mailed only to be told it’s out of stock. I tried using the air fryer function with a plate today and it sort of worked but it’s essentially a convection oven without the basket. I’m happy to update my review once I have a basket. Based on the other two comments and responses this seems to be the best way to reach customer service.
Five stars on the sound level… so quite I don’t even know it’s there…

Misleading Product Description
We purchased a KMHC319LSS01 to finish off our kitchen upgrades with all new matching appliances from this Kitchen Aid series. This microwave was advertised with a number of accessories and features that we desired. All but (1) accessory came in the box with the microwave. The air fry basket was missing, however there was a "coupon" to redeem the basket once you registered the product. I did what was asked of me, no air fry baskets are available though.
Apparently these are on backorder, and I need to enter my email to be contacted once their back in stock. I expected a follow up email confirming my missing basket with a possible ETA. Nothing. I don't have much faith in this system and am disappointed that we will likely never see the basket and/or use the feature on our new oven.

Terrible service
I purchased the Microwave KMHC319LSS which came with a "coupon" for a free air fry basket and a code to get it. Your system will not allow me to use the code and says it is out of stock. I cannot REACH any live person to talk, and your chat system does not work. Yesterday, your system said there was a TWO HOUR WAIT to talk with someone. What is going on? I have 4 Kitchenaid appliances and I am really angry. The main reason I made this purchase was for the added air fryer.

No luck getting the air fryer basket
I have had the same issues as the previous reviewers. I have no luck getting my basket as promised. I have called several times to the number provided and sat on hold for more than 30 minutes each time. I have also reached out to the appliance store where I purchased the microwave and they are not able to get one either.

Bait and Switch
I bought a microwave that advertised air fryer capabilities, but you need this $60 part. After registering the microwave, I was sent a code, but the basket was sold out. Once it came back in stock, I tried to use the code and it says it doesn't work. I feel lied to about the microwave.

Not received!!!
We purchased the microwave over a month ago....with the air fryer basket having to be ordered seperatly with a code. Upon receiving said code, the project said out of stock. Once the product was back in stock I tried to use the code sent, and was given an error that it wasn't vaild. "chatted" with customer service online only to be told to make a phone call...to then be put on hold and still have no answer. Very disappointed in the customer service.

No air fry basket!!!
Bought the microwave and did all the things to redeem the air fry basket but it is not available to redeem. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to the air fry mode which is one of the reasons for getting this microwave. How do I get an air fry basket?? I will say the microwave itself is absolutely awesome the poor review is for the lack of fry basket that it promised.

Have been trying to resolve "Your microwave purchase includes this accessory" in an email received after purchasing a KMHC319LSS. Finally in my last attempt I called 1-800-442-9991 which was mentioned in KitchenAid auto-replies to customer reviews and was told I would receive an email for a backorder. Email was not received - complete waste of my time!

Air fry basket did not come with purchase as promised, instead required registration on promise it would be sent. But there is no stock and impossible to obtain one.
