Functionality not what we had hoped
We bought all new KitchenAid appliances with our new kitchen, and the dishwasher by far is the most disappointing. You can't have tall glasses and tall dishes on two separate racks - it's either one or the other. We also bought the 3rd rack for silverware and the separators to hold the silverware in place are not tall enough to keep the silverware in each groove. They flop over. Finally, water leaks over the sides when you first open the doors. I wish we had kept our Bosch.

Super Quiet Dishwasher
I've had this model for about 4 months now and have to stop to make sure that it is still running. It has been a great model so far. I love the stainless steel liner and the flexibility of the racks. I seem to adjust the racks for every load to get the most into the cycle. I would definitely get this model again.

washes and dries perfectly
I love this dishwasher. I wished I would have replaced ours years ago with this one. It washes everything perfectly, my glasses are clean with no spots and it dries amazingly. You can't even hear it run. Our old one was so loud, you needed to leave the room to have a conversation. This one, literally, cannot tell it's running. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

I purchased dishwasher MAY 5 , 2018 @Home Depot San Antonio, Texas. It should be against the law to sell someone a three year old appliance as new. At a new price experience!!!!! I would tell friend to check serial to make sure it was build in the same year as purchased
