Overall, I am happy with the design and features of this new wall oven. I am dissatisfied with the chrome plating on the badge bubbling up on the corners. It will eventually crack and peel off. I expect better build quality from this brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kotku59 from Awful Oven I greatly regret buying this oven. The inside oven temperature is not at all related to temperature setting. At 375, inside temp is 300. At 400 it is 375. I would never use the easy convect. Temperature at that setting can be 100 degreess lower than what you set. As it bakes the electronic control pad accumulates condensation. Makes you wonder when that will short out. Bought less than 3 months ago. Waiting for a Maytag repair thru Costco to see if the oven can really work.

I replaced a model that I used for 20 years—and had it not been for the fact that a replacement part was unavailable, I would gave kept that model. This is a true built in, most similar, and intuitive to use as wonderful as my favorite. Sadly, it will not likely be available for purchase—as alternate models produced and promoted. I hope that this will last as long as the original— made as the traditional and dependable Kitchenaid products of the past.

I didn’t hesitate to use it even in the middle of summer. The racks slide in and out much more easily than my old oven and even though it fit exactly into the same space the usable space inside is better.

I would not have bought this one except I needed it to match the warming oven. My last oven was a lemon, Kitchenaid had very poor service. Ask me again in one year if I like it.
