We purchased this model through Howard's Appliances. It took a little while to find the right size and model without a handleI. It looks great and I hope it lasts as long as our previous one When we built our house in 2004-2005, we put in all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, double oven, microwave and refrigerator) This year we replaced the refrigerator and microwave, Both worked for 19 years! The others are still working fine.

Really like that is has a power reduction feature and an "add 30 sec" cook time feature. My wife was also sold on this unit given the size and steam cleaning feature. We have been using this microwave now for a little over a month and without any issues.

The one that was replaced gave excellent everyday service for seven years The new one which was a very close replacement installed easily, works great and comes with a few new features. I purchased. another KitchenAid Microwave because the products quality and customer service if needed is worth it.

This model had all of the features we liked on our former unit at a lower price point. Trim kit was purchased at the same time and looks built in. Delivery and installation was completed quickly by local appliance store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Steelers fan from Keypad shortfall I would like it better if it had numeric keys like previous models. Not a fan of only showing1 thru 6 minute with +,- options. If you need 18-20 minutes for casseroles, it’s not optimal for time setting.
