We purchased this model through Howard's Appliances. It took a little while to find the right size and model without a handleI. It looks great and I hope it lasts as long as our previous one When we built our house in 2004-2005, we put in all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, double oven, microwave and refrigerator) This year we replaced the refrigerator and microwave, Both worked for 19 years! The others are still working fine.

Really like that is has a power reduction feature and an "add 30 sec" cook time feature. My wife was also sold on this unit given the size and steam cleaning feature. We have been using this microwave now for a little over a month and without any issues.
