But looking at the other reviews, they have been doing this for at least 3 months. The air fryer basket should have been included in the box, I shouldn’t have to play games to get it. I have model KMHC319LSS

I purchased KMCS522 and have paperwork that states Air fry Basket and Baking Tray are included, "will be shipped separately upon completion of registration". I registered the product upon installation and have never received an email with instructions on how to claim the offer. Each time I go on your website, the chat is down so no one ever can help me. I specifically chose this model for the air fry function, and have yet to use it.

We love the microwave and would give a 5-star review except that we have not been successful in obtaining the accessories as promised. Baking tray is W11699392; you can read the reviews there.
