Ingredients
8 slices orange pepper
8 thin slices cucumber
10 banana peppers
6 slices avocado
4 slices tomato
2 slices red leaf lettuce
2 tablespoons feta cheese
4 tablespoons garlic hummus
1 pita, cut in half
Step by step
Set KitchenAid® Pro Line® 2-Slice Automatic Toaster to setting 3 and place pita halves inside to toast. Meanwhile, prepare pita fillings.
Remove pita from toaster and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus inside on each side of the pita halves.
Sprinkle the feta inside and carefully place the vegetables inside in desired order. Serve immediately.
