Ingredients
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
4 8-oz. T-bone steaks
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. chives, chopped
½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
4 oz. butter, softened
Step by step
Mash butter in medium bowl. Fold in blue cheese, garlic, black pepper, chives and parsley. Roll into a log in a sheet of waxed paper. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Season both sides with salt and pepper and grill 4-5 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 145°F for medium rare doneness level. Remove from Grill and slice Blue Cheese Butter and place on top of hot steaks. Serve immediately.
