1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated)
1 pitted date
6 fresh strawberries (hulled)
Step by step
In a KitchenAid blender, combine strawberries, date, coconut milk and syrup. Cover and blend.
