Ingredients
1 12 oz. bottle stout
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup heavy cream
Step by step
Place heavy cream in blender. Sift cocoa powder and confectioners sugar over cream. Process on speed 3 (mix) 30 seconds, until just beginning to thicken and get foamy.
Scoop ice cream into 2 glasses. Pour stout into each glass. Top with Chocolate Foam and serve immediately.
